Regular Block
The most versatile block. Used across most classes, including core, lower body, and ribs. Good for general body alignment, myofascial release, and chronic pain relief.
Hand-finished Canadian cedar blocks for Block Therapy and SloFlow. Choose Regular, Little, or Slope.
Our therapeutic cedar blocks are hand-finished in Canadian cedar, purpose-built for myofascial release and fascia decompression at home. I have 3 different blocks to choose from:
The most versatile block. Used across most classes, including core, lower body, and ribs. Good for general body alignment, myofascial release, and chronic pain relief.
Smaller and gentler block ideal for sensitive areas like the neck, face, or sternum. Great for facial classes and smaller framed people.
Used to create angles and directional release, such as in psoas, ITB, or sloped rib work. Frequently appears in nuanced movement classes and to adjust gravitational load.
All blocks come with a set of classes covering all the basics you need to get the best out of your chosen tool.

Block Therapy Bliss remains your place to choose the cedar block that fits your body. Once your block arrives, the next step is SloFlow on Skool, where Helen and Heidi guide slow somatic fascia release through live classes and recordings.
Start with the foundational classes included with your block, matched to the block you choose.
Your free community month gives you access to Helen, Heidi, and other students.
Use your block for any SloFlow classes.
If you're new to Block Therapy or SloFlow, the Regular Block is where to begin. It covers the largest surface area and works for most body positions: back, hips, legs, chest, and abdomen. Most students use this block for 80% of their practice.
Best for: Beginners & whole-body practice
The Little Block targets smaller, more delicate areas: the face, jaw, neck, and skull. If you carry tension in your head and neck or want to work on facial fascia, the Little Block works well alongside the Regular Block.
Best for: Face, jaw & neck tension
The Slope Block's angled surface is designed for areas that need a gradient: the abdomen, diaphragm, and certain hip positions. It lets gravity work more effectively in those spots. Most people add it after a few weeks of practising.
Best for: Abdomen, diaphragm & hip work

Many students notice reduced tension, better breathing, and improved sleep within the first week or two of regular practice. Deeper changes in posture and chronic pain usually build over 4–12 weeks. Every body is different, but consistency matters: the more regularly you practise, the more you get back.
No. Most students start with just the Regular Block and get excellent results. The bundles offer better value if you're ready to commit to a full practice, but starting with one block is perfectly fine.
The cedar blocks are the same original tool used in Block Therapy, developed by Deanna Hansen. Helen now teaches SloFlow, a somatic fascia release approach that uses the block with a deeper focus on slow movement, breath, and nervous system regulation. The blocks work well for both approaches.
Yes. Start with the free towel classes. They use a rolled towel instead of the block so you can feel how fascia release works before committing. When you're ready to go deeper, the blocks make a real difference.
