Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Products (Classes and Memberships)
Due to the digital nature of our classes and memberships, all sales are final once access has been granted. We are unable to offer refunds once you have been provided with access to digital content.
Exceptions may be made at Helen's discretion in cases where a genuine access issue has prevented you from using the product. If you have experienced a technical problem preventing access, please contact us at info@blocktherapybliss.com within 7 days of your purchase with a description of the issue.
Physical Products (Cedar Blocks)
We take care to ensure your order arrives safely and as described. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@blocktherapybliss.com with your order details and photographs of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Returns are accepted for undamaged, unused items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to Request a Refund
- Email info@blocktherapybliss.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request.
- We will respond within 2 business days to acknowledge your request and advise on next steps.
- If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions (where applicable). Please do not return items before receiving approval.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for products that are faulty, not as described, or do not do what they are supposed to do.
