Free Fascia Release Classes

Start with fascia release using a rolled towel, then continue with free SloFlow classes and community support on Skool.

Your free classes now continue in SloFlow

The towel classes are still a gentle introduction to fascia release. When you are ready for more, SloFlow brings you live classes, recordings, and a supportive community with Helen from Australia and Heidi from Canada.

Begin here

Start with a rolled bath towel. No equipment needed. These five free classes introduce the core principles of SloFlow: using your breath to relax into pressure, letting body weight do the work, and staying still long enough for fascia to respond. It's the full approach, with a tool you already have.

Add the block

Fascia responds to sustained, non-compressible load. Unlike foam or a towel, wood doesn't yield, so your full body weight transfers precisely into the tissue and stays there, giving compressed fascia time to soften and release.

Move with us

When you're ready to go deeper, SloFlow on Skool brings you live weekly classes, a growing library of recordings, monthly programs, and direct support from Helen and Heidi. The community is welcoming, the pace is gentle, and your first month is completely free.
